SUBSTANCE: there is involved a combined incubation in physiologic saline of recovered Bacillus cereus strain IP 5832 (ATSS 14893) in pure culture and recovered pure culture of opportunistic pathogen (OP) the patient's excrements. The prepared mixture is plated on nutrient agar with penicillin in concentration 0.01 Un/ml and without it, and if observing the decrease in OP count on the penicillin medium as compared with OP count on the non-penicillin medium, antagonistic activity of Bacillus cereus strain IP 5832 (ATSS 14893) with respect to OP strain is present, and an eubiotic is considered to show a therapeutic response on OP strain recovered from the patient examined for intestinal dysbacteriosis.

EFFECT: Bacillus cereus strain IP 5832 suppression without involving the OP test culture germination.
