FIELD: road construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to road construction, particularly to demountable surface of motor roads. The demountable surface of motor roads consists of plates having recesses-slots on ends; the plates are connected in a wheel line by means of pneumatic tyres made in form of pipes of rectangular cross section; pins are arranged on side facets of pipes; the pins enter the end slots of adjacent plates; pneumatic chambers are arranged inside tyres; the chambers are filled with compressed air; also length of a tyre is equal to width of the plate, while thickness is equal to thickness of the plate; dimensions and shape of pins correspond to dimensions and shape of end slots of plates.

EFFECT: improved operation characteristics.
