FIELD: hydraulic engineering construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic engineering construction, particularly to method of attraction and transfer of fish breeders through headwater constructions to spawning and finishing grounds. The method consists in forming a controlled water stream along the whole length of fish pass depending on difference of level of head and tail waters and kind of passing fish. The stream is created in each chamber of fish pass as a result of water supply to jet-forming nozzles arranged along perimetres of emerging holes. The holes are made in cross partitions (dividing walls) and are oriented in the direction of the head water. Further the method consists in successive forming of two parallel or at angle to axis of the emerging holes rows of submerged parallel hydraulic jets and in forming hydraulic resistance to the main flow at mutual interaction of these rows of jets; i.e. in creation a zone of partially equal pressures; notably, the main flow runs along the fish pass via the fish pass chambers from the head water, thus creating favourable conditions for fish passing through emerging holes to the direction of the head water. Owing to the zone of partially equal pressures created at the uppermost cross partition of the fish pass there is maintained a calculated water level in successive basins of fish pass situated lower by means of letting specified transit water consumption through the emerging hole made in the uppermost cross partition of the fish pass.
EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of adjusting levels of water in fish pass and facilitation of high stability, efficiency and reliability of fish pass operation.
