FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, particularly to field of solar power usage, and can be used at current generation with usage of solar power. Solar power system contains captive balloon tank with photoelectric shell. Tank is connected by means of rope with armature. Photoelectric shell by means of electrical conductors is connected to inverter. Rope is implemented from coal plastic and at it is additionally installed with ability of movement in vertical direction reversible electric hoist with cargo. In summer time electric hoist operates in traction condition, and in during the hours of darkness - in the mode of electric generator. Motor of electric hoist is connected to inverter. Balloon tank is located higher than cloud layer.

EFFECT: invention provides increasing of coefficient of efficiency of the device and provides its the clock round duration.
