SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid power systems. Integrated power plant on airship with steam lifting force consists of wind and solar parts. Wind part is located inside body of airship above through wind channel in rooms-sections forming a tight space with wind channel. Solar part of flexible photocells is fixed on outer safety skin of airship soft body. Soft airship body consists of prefabricated segments, assembled from separate compartments by outer safety skin of airship soft body. Separate compartments with outer side and through wind channel, which is fixed on braces to compartments, it is isolated. Steam is produced by boiling water in compartments of airship body with electric heaters with temperature regulators. On platform at airship body, protected from atmospheric actions sealed compartment located inverter, signal lights and rotating assembly fixture. Power supply to consumers and electric equipment is carried out by wires. Through wind channel is started and nozzles with diameter equal to outer diameter of internal segment of airship body. Airship is attached to ground through electric winch on concrete foundation and rotating assembly fixture on site equipment.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at widening range of equipment.
