FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotors of axial fans, compressors, pumps and turbines, and can be used in air rotors and propellant screws. Axial rotor comprises hub 1, blades 2 jointed thereto and furnished with alternating sweep of front edge 3 inclined to rotor rotational direction. Line connecting axis 5, nose 6 of blade 2 with nose 7 of blade 2A, located on projection of the plane, does not extend beyond sector formed by lines crossing rotor rotational axis 5 and aforesaid nose 7 of blade 2A at angle Δt≥|0,02t|, where t=2π/Z is angular pitch of rotor, Z is the number of blades 2. Blades 2 can be interjointed by ring 7.
EFFECT: reduced sound power at rotor inlet and sound pressure in blade frequency and in its harmonics.
