FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to supporting device. supporting device serves as support for shaft which is implemented with ability of rotation around rotational axis (x) in frame. Supporting device contains rotating internal ring (8) which is hermetically separated from external ring (9) by means of seaings (10) and together with external ring (9) forms closed bearing block with built-in circulating contour (11, 19) for oil mist. Rolling elements (12) and race grooves (13, 14, 15, 16) are located in flow circuit (11, 19) and are lubricated by oil mist. Facilities (21) are provided for formation of oil mist from lubricating oil from tank (17), and facilities (20) are provided for providing of flowing of oil mist by flow circuit. There are also proposed application of supporting device in the capacity of support for rotor with ability of rotation in centrifugal separator and installation method on support of rotor of centrifugal separator with ability of rotation around the rotational axis.

EFFECT: creation of simple and compact supporting device in which it is equipped closed lubrication system and which provides reliable and not requiring service lubrication during the life cycle of supporting device without unnecessary heating and contamination of lubricating oil.
