FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Claimed cutter, particularly, the asphalt cutter, auger snow plough or mole, comprises the driven working tool, revolving rotor body and at least one rotor drive assembly fitted inside rotor body to make at least one rotor body bed at the rotor body bearing frame. Rotor body resolving support comprises at least two antifriction bearings to allow the rotor body to rest on female rotor frame two end face parts. Every assembly of said bearings make a statically defined or a redefined radial and axial support including at least two spaced apart bearing sections for rotor body to rest on the rotor frame appropriate part and to be fixed thereat relative to each other in axial, radial and angular directions. The rotor body rests, mainly, statically redefined on the rotor bearing frame. The rotor bearing frame and/or the section between the rotor bearing frame and one of antifriction bearings are provided with at least one axial compensator to compensate for departure of axial spacing between two antifriction bearings from axial spacing between the beatings attachment sections.
EFFECT: prevention of axial jam and overloads of antifriction bearings.
