FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clutches. Clutch contains two semi-clutches, enclosed in united cylindrical casing, which are connected to driving and driven shaft and also connected to each other by means of jointed clutch. Each pivot component is implemented in the form of spherical blocks of rectangular section, inner surface of which is implemented as cylindrical and spherical annular bush. Blocks are installed diametrically opposite in cylindrical grooves, implemented in bushing by long side lengthwise casing of clutch. Bushing is installed in butt part of casing in spherical cut perpendicularly to longitudinal axis of casing. In casing of clutch in area of spherical cut there are implemented two symmetric technological cuts directed lengthwise casing. Blocks are fixed in casing by means of abutments implemented in the middle of blocks and openings implemented in casing axis of which are perpendicular to axis of symmetry of cuts. Clutch is connected to shafts by means of toothed involute gear which is implemented on internal surface of bushings and at shafts. Casing of clutches allows wall thickness in the middle part more then in butt parts and all details of clutch are implemented from material noncorrosive in sea water.
EFFECT: increasing of operation-technical features ensured by ability of pass of higher rotational moment at small dimensions.
