FIELD: disintegrators and devices for crushing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conical crushers, and can be used in construction and mining industries. Conical inertial crusher comprises housing 1 supported on foundation 9, outer cone 2 and inner cone 3 arranged inside housing 1 on spherical support 4. On shaft 5 of inner cone 3 unbalance 6 is located by means of slide bushing 12. Slide bushing 12 of unbalance 6 is connected with drive shaft 5 through gear coupling 13. On drive shaft 5 pulley 15 with counter balance weight 11 is fixed, through which torque is transmitted from engine. Transmission coupling 13 is made in form of disc coupling made up of drive and driven half-couplings and floating disc located between them. Drive half-coupling is made in form of disc with concave working end surface and radially located key. Driven half-coupling is made in form of disc with curved end working surface and radially located key. Floating disc has convex and concave end surfaces facing drive and driven half-couplings respectively.

EFFECT: crusher provides higher reliability of operation.
