FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to facilities of torque transfer under conditions of angular arrangement of axles of connected shafts, while angular velocities of rotation of driving and driven shafts should coincide. The invention can be implemented in drives of machines. The hinge of equal angular velocities consists of two half-couplings (1) and (2) and axle (3). Half-couplings (1) and (2) are joined with connected shafts (4) and (5) and interact. Half-coupling (1) has external and internal spherical coaxial surfaces, while half-coupling (2) has external spherical surface. Axle (3) passes through cross bar (6), ends of which are tied with both half-couplings (1) and (2) by means of hinged bearings (7) installed in openings (8) of half-couplings (1) and (2). At the ends of the axle (3) there are installed internal and external insertions correspondingly (9) and (10) interacting by their end surfaces with end working surfaces of slots of half-couplings (1) and (2) wherein they are installed. Movable guide (11) is set in the middle part of axle (3) in the place of cross bar (6) location. Guide (11) has an opening of circular cross section, where through there passes axle (3), and external profile of rectangular section with a slot for installation of cross bar (6). Guide (11) is mounted on axle (3), while cross bar (6) is installed in guide (11) to travel lengthwise.
EFFECT: hinge of equal angular velocities of simple design with high torque transmission.
