FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to designs of rotary cavitation reactors which can be used in independent closed systems for heat supply to domestic, public and industrial buildings, as well as for disinfection, homogenisation and heating of liquids in process systems. Rotary cavitation reactor includes housing having cavity structure with liquid supply and discharge branch pipes located in parallel in cavity structure of housing, stator and rotor which have holes for liquid passage and which are aligned when rotor is rotated; stator is connected to housing, and rotor is made in the form of centrifugal wheel and fixed on rotary shaft. In addition, on rotor shaft there installed is tapered washer with possibility of being inclined relative to vertical plane; at that, stator is located between rotor and tapered washer which can be installed with possibility of adjusting the inclination relative to vertical plane.
EFFECT: additional liquid vibrations created in cavitation field by means of tapered washer contribute to high resonant vibrations and amplification of cavitation in liquid flow, which allows to considerably increase efficiency of its processing.
