FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to device and method for cooling and terminating steam generation of hot burnt plaster used for manufacture of plaster boards or packed plaster. Burnt plaster cooling device includes housing which restricts chamber, inlet for supplying plaster to chamber, outlet for discharging plaster from chamber, fluidised pad which is in liquid junction with chamber and is intended for air passage through plaster for forming fluidised layer inside chamber. It also includes water spraying device which is arranged inside chamber for water spraying and plaster cooling inside chamber. Water spraying device includes rotating assembly in chamber, which receives water and sprays it during rotation.
EFFECT: increasing manufacturing efficiency of plaster boards or packed plaster.
