FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fast-hardening compositions. For spray coating by hardening composition, the latter is carried via hose to spraying nozzle, certain amount of agent accelerating hardening is added thereto at distance "D" from said spraying nozzle. Then transducer is used to watch conductivity and pH of carried mix at the distance smaller than "D" from spraying nozzle. Conductivity or pH of mix complies with amount of said hardening-accelerating agent added thereto. If not, the amount of agent is regulated. Aforesaid transducer comprises two pairs of electrodes, each comprising annular case with hole that mates ID of hose or nozzle. Voltage in aforesaid mix can be correlated with yield of salt-base liquid accelerating agent to allow accurate adjustment and high yield of finished coat.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
