FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat engineering, namely to design of heat exchange elements, tubes and manufacturing method thereof, and can be used for different equipment related to heat exchange processes. Heat exchange element contains tube with longitudinal finned ribs; at that, tube consists of two symmetric halves with ribs on both sides with possibility of connecting these halves by means of welding on ribs. Turbulence simulator is installed inside the tube thus being borne with its angles against tube walls and represents a wave-like band with wave length exceeding their height which is 0.4-0.7 of nominal tube diametre by 5-10 times. Manufacturing method of heat exchange element includes production of tube with longitudinal finned ribs; at that, tube is produced from flat bar by bending method in the form of two symmetric halves with longitudinal ribs on both sides and with further connection of those halves by means of welding on these ribs, and turbulence simulator made of the band bent in the form of wave is installed inside the tube thus being borne with its angles against tube walls.
EFFECT: simplifying heat exchange element design and method of manufacturing thereof, improving manufacturability and economy of manufacture of heat exchange element at increase of heat exchange intensity.
