SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of tracking a radio-frequency signal and keeping a receiver tuned to a transmitter even when the receiver is moving with relatively high speed, and a device for realising the method. The electronic device which realises the method is designed for receiving radio-frequency signals, which are transmitted in a frequency band, has reception apparatus which is made with possibility of tuning to the transmission frequency band, an acceleration measuring device, which is made with possibility of controlling acceleration of the device, and a processor, which is made with possibility of changing the frequency band to which the reception device is tuned by multiplying frequency in the frequency band by a coefficient calculated from the said controlled acceleration.
EFFECT: prevention of the need to restore tracking or retuning a receiver due to relative motion of the receiver and the transmitter.
