FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agricultural machinery, particularly to the destining machines. The bin contains a front, a rear and lateral walls. The front wall is designed as inclined forward at an acute angle to the horizon with the rear wall inclined backwards. The walls are designed to be represented by lattice structures. The rear wall is designed as consisting of two parts: the first part is rectilinear along half of its total length and inclined at an acute angle to the horizon; the second part is curvilinear with the two parts smoothly conjugated. On the bottom and on one half of the rear wall there are dampers rigidly attached represented by semi-spheres (on the bottom) and semi-cylinders (on the rectilinear section of the rear wall) fabricated of an elastic material and rigidly attached to a base consisting of vertical metal walls and a horizontal bottom rigidly attached to each other. The dampers are arranged in parallel rows with the interval between the rows being larger than the sum total of possible deformations of two neighbouring dampers arranged chequerwise with a mutual alteration with smaller dampers identical to the larger ones in terms of designed but size twice as small. On top of each damper there are metal plates rigidly attached to the elastic part and equal to 0.5-0.7 of the damper area. On the vertical walls and on the bottom there is one or two calibration hole(s) arranged with a diametre equal to 0.2T. On the bottom the calibration holes are arranged in locations that are not overlapped with the bottom crosswise and longitudinal beams. 2/3 of the rear wall curvilinear part length and width are covered with a metal sheet rigidly attached to the rear wall beams. The top edge of the bin lateral walls are designed as inclined at an acute angle to the horizon. The rear edge of the lateral walls is perpendicular to the tangent to the radial part of the bin rear wall at the point of their mutual conjugation. Where: T is the base material thickness.
EFFECT: machine service life extension and performance improvement.
