FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: frame of transported is made of three parts connected to each other and to axes of master and slave sprockets. Upper part is rigidly connected to frame of machine at the right angle to its extreme beam. Middle and lower parts are connected by movable cross beam for chain tension in process of its wear with the help of hydraulic cylinders installed symmetrically on both sides of transporter frame. Under transporter, V-shaped tray is installed with rollers arranged hingedly on tray walls with the possibility of forced rotation. Slings of transported are made of elastic material, and rod is rigidly mounted into their middle, which is rigidly fixed by its lower ends to lugs that are hingedly fixed on chains. In areas of slings bending in longitudinal-vertical plane, side-frames of slings are connected to each other and are closed on top by corrugated sections of elastic pipes.
EFFECT: improved integrity of fruit in process of their transportation.
