SUBSTANCE: invention refers to process of manufacture of coffee substitutes. The method of production of aromatised girasol-sunflower orange drink consists in extracting basil with liquid nitrogen, in separating corresponding miscella, in preparing, cutting and drying of girasol-sunflower in field of SHF at specified parametres of the process to residual moisture contents 20%, in roasting girasol-sunflower, in drying orange marc in field of SHF at specified parametres of the process to residual moisture content 20%, in convective finish drying of orange marc to residual moisture content 5%; in mixing girasol-sunflower and pressed orange marc, in soaking produced mixture with separated miscella at simultaneous pressure build-up, in pressure drop to atmospheric and in simultaneous freezing of mixture with cryo-milling it in medium of precipitated nitrogen.
EFFECT: method facilitates manufacture of new aromatised coffee drink out of non-traditional raw material by non-waste technology.
