FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. The method provides for extraction of cocoa husks by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Then girasol-sunflower is cut, dried in the microwave field at preset process parametres and roasted. Then orange refuse is dried in the microwave field at preset process parametres and dried up by convection. Then girasol-sunflower is mixed with orange refuse, the obtained mixture is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase in pressure. Then the pressure is released down to the atmospheric pressure and the mixture is being frozen at the same time and cryomilled in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain new flavoured coffee drink instant powder out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
