FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry that uses radiant heating in a process technology and can be used to control heat treatment of flat products and filled layers. The method is implemented in the following manner. A cylindrical rod is prepared by means of machining and giving the rod a shape of a regular cylinder with a certain correlation of diametre and height and uniform application of black on the upper end of the rod. The blackness degree of the upper end surface of the cylindrical rod is determined. A differential thermocouple is formed along the guide on the upper part of the cylindrical rod. There is a protective housing around the differential thermocouple. The bottom part cylindrical rod is cooled intensively. The cylindrical rod is placed under a radiant energy source so that the radiant flux falls on the surface of the upper end of the cylindrical rod. The cylindrical rod is kept until its temperature distributes linearly along the guide. Difference in temperatures are measured with a differential thermocouple in the upper part of the cylindrical rod. Absolute values of the radiant flux density are calculated with due account for the blackness degree of the upper end surface of the cylindrical rod.
EFFECT: invention enables to enhance effectiveness of the process technology control and as a result it increases the target product yield.
