SUBSTANCE: proposed sewn-in collar manufacture method includes treatment of the collar composed of an upper and a lower collars and their connection to the product neck. Onto the upper collar that is designed to be seamlessly joined to the lower one vertical binder straps are stitch-attached. One lays in the inverted pleat so that they cover the binders and attach the pleats to the upper and the lower collars cuts. The upper and the lower collars cuts are sewn to the inner stand and to the outer stand accordingly. Along the seam of the upper collar attachment to the inner stand the collar stand binder is stitch-applied in two parallel stitches. The ends of the collar attached to the inner and to the outer stands are stitched round. The collar is turned out to the frontface. The inlays of the inner and the outer stands stitch-attachment to the collar are bonded with the help of glue web.

EFFECT: invention enables extension of technological capabilities of sewn-in collar treatment.
