FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is provided for improvement of pipes ensured by removing of defect "ringing" at inner surface of pipes, received by drawing at some fixed mandrel, particularly pipes made of corrosion-resistant steels of austenitic grade for fuel element of nuclear reactor. Mill contains stand, drive of linear translation propelling tool carriage, propelling tool carriage with catch for holding of clogged end of pipe, drawing die with installed in it die block, device of barrel-type feeding type of pipes and mandrels, containing at least two tubular flutes with rigidly fixed in it at back end by rods with short mandrels and implemented with ability of axial movement and rotation of barrel around axis which is parallel to drawing axis, drives of rotation and axial movement of barrel.
EFFECT: excluding of formation of resonance oscillations of mandrel at drawing is provided ensured by that barrel is implemented with ability of introduction and supporting of front ends of tubular flutes into rebore of drawing die, co-axial to wire die block.
