FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry field. Paste contains in wt %: 57.2-69.1 of dust-like quartz, 6.0-45.9 kaolin, 3.4-7.5 cryptocrystalline graphite, 1.7-1.8 bentonitic clay, 3.5-3.6 ferrioxide pigment, 0.07-0.08 formaldehyde, 0.9-1.5 amylum, 0.07-0.08 boric acid, 0.7-5.4 bentonite, 5.9-8.0 carbon black form gas cleaning residues, 0.7-5.0 pulvepboperyte and water is the rest. For increasing of paste density in it is additionally added 0.2 - 3.0 wt % of high-silica sand.
EFFECT: there is achieved reduction of wear of processing equipment and improvement of hygiene and sanitary conditions of operation of maintenance staff.
