FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry and can be used in production of steel and cast-iron castings. Non-stick coating contains (wt%): refractory filler in form of spent aluminosilicate catalyst IM-2201 (85.0–87.0), inorganic binder in form of molding refractory clay (2.0–3.0), organic binder in form of technical lignosulphonate (4.0–5.0), technical water (balance). Use of the spent alumina-silicate catalyst IM-2201 as a refractory filler due to the presence of refractory chromium oxide and aluminum oxide improves the process properties of the coating and lowers smelting on the casts.
EFFECT: improvement of surface quality of casts.
