FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to protective covers for cutting machines. Multilink telescopic closure contains cover unit, allowing some multitude of protective plates, installed in sequence for moving-out and folding by telescopic orientation, and connector assembly, allowing set of parallel first tension bars, set of parallel second tension bars and four short tension bars. First tension bars and second tension bars are installed transverse to each other and in form of tiled stacking relative to telescopic orientation of cover unit. Number of first tension bars is identical to number of second tension bars, and number of protective plates minus number of first tension bars is equal to two. Each of first tension bars and second tension bars is connected to three of continuous protective plates appropriately, and short tension bars are connected to the first and the second protective plates from opposite ends of cover unit.

EFFECT: there is provided reduction of noise during moving-out and folding of cover.
