FIELD: space engineering; equipment for extravehicular activity of operator. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has lock, swivel platform with pivot axle movable secured to swivel platform, telescopic beam with turn and elongation mechanisms, operator securing unit and cargo securing mechanism movably at the end of beam. Beam turn mechanisms are made in form of manual control units and are located on swivel's platform is zone accessible for operator's hands. Beam elongation mechanism is made in form of system of ropes laid inside beam. Operator securing units are located on opposite side from cargo securing unit relative to axis of rotation of swivel platform. One end of telescopic rod mounted on cargo securing unit is secured on clamping unit for telescopic beam cargoes and is provided with rod position stabilization mechanism. Additional cargo attachment mechanism is movably mounted on other end of rod. EFFECT: possibility of handling small-sized cargoes located after-large-sized structural members as well as cargoes located below level of installation of device. 9 dwg
