SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for supporting the beam of a road-going machine. A device for supporting a beam of a roadheader contains a bracket for supporting the beam and a restrictive seat. The restrictive seat is designed to be attached to the body of the roadheader, one end of the bracket for supporting the beam is hingedly connected to the restrictive seat, and the other end of the bracket for supporting the beam is free-hanging. The restraint seat is provided with a first restraint assembly, and when the beam support bracket is in the first rotational position, the first restriction assembly and the body of the roadheader lock the beam support bracket on two opposite sides of the beam support bracket, respectively supporting it. The first rotating position is a position in which the other end of the beam support bracket is configured to support the beam, and a support frame is disposed on one side of the beam support bracket opposite the body of the roadheader. In this case, when the bracket for supporting the beam is in the first rotary position, the support frame rests against the surface of the body of the roadheader. The support frame includes a first support plate, a second support plate and a pair of partitions. Moreover, the first support plate and the second support plate are located in parallel and connected to each other by a pair of partitions. The first support plate, the second support plate and a pair of partitions form a square cavity. The first support plate, the second support plate and the beam support bracket form a prefabricated structure.
