SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controlled paraplane systems. Proposed system comprises paraplane, navigation system for coordinate location and determination, altimetre, magnetometre and space navigation system, all connected in series. Outputs of above listed hardware are connected with inputs of control unit. The latter has its output connected with inputs of control unit that controls strips, sustainer, useful load unit and local circuit concentrator. The latter is connected with inputs and outputs of remote control unit and antenna circuit.

EFFECT: independent operation in take-off, flight and landing, as well as accuracy of landing.
