SUBSTANCE: aqueous structured composition of a surface-active substance with low pH value contains one or more anionic surface-active substances based on esters of phosphoric acid and up to approximately 10 pts. wt of one or more electrolytes; said composition has pH less than approximately 5 and viscosity which falls under the effect of shearing stress (according to the first version). A composition for a personal hygiene agent contains the structured composition of surface-active substance described above. In the second version the composition may contain water and one or more water-insoluble or partially soluble components, suspended in the said structured phase of surface-active substance. In the third version the composition consists of at least two phases which at least basically differ from each other, and in which at least of such phases is a structured phase of a surface-active substance.

EFFECT: obtaining structured compositions of surface-active substance, which are fluid, have viscosity which falls under effect of shearing stress, and can physically suspend ingredients which are insoluble or partially soluble in water.
