SUBSTANCE: vodka contains an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first drain from 1.0-1.5 kg of the bioactive product (BAP) from canned animal-origin raw materials obtained by means of extraction by natural honey of the powder made of deskinned unossified antlers or by-products such as spleen, liver, embryos, deer penises with testicles by natural honey, unossified antlers extract, rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking rectified water with the following content of the ingredients for 1000 dhal of end product: aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the bioactive product of the first drain - 10.0-15.0 l, unossified antlers extract - 3.5-5.0 l, rectified ethanol "Lux" and rectified water, the rest being according to blending with alcoholic content 40%. Taste grade is 9.6.
EFFECT: improved organoleptic characteristics owing to meadow herbs tones in taste and aroma and a slight aftertaste of ginger.
