SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverage industry. Vodka obtained from the following number of ingredients, kg per 1000 gave the finished product: sugar syrup 65.8 % – 10.5–13.5; sodium bicarbonate – 0.37–0.49; food acid – 0.08–0.15; dehydrated maral blood – 0.018–0.040; alcohol infused oatmeal infusion – 8.3–10.7; water-alcoholic liquid from alcohol ethyl rectified from food raw materials Lux and drinking water softened – the rest is calculated by the strength of blending 40 %. Citric acid or lactic acid is used as edible acid.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in the tonic, stimulating and adaptogene effect of the product while retaining the characteristic classical vodka aroma, taste and optical transparency, and increase in the organoleptic and physical-chemical parameters.
