FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device is intended for use in the field of compressor building, may be used as pump, and may also find application in systems for vacuum pulling and other engineering objects. Device represents cylinder with tank and control unit. Inside cylinder there are two coaxially joined bellows, which are separated by partition so that their cavities do not communicate with each other. On cylinder bases on the side of fixed ends of bellows there are two holes arranged with inlet and outlet valves. Partition longitudinally moves along guides arranged on internal surface of cylinder. At guide ends there are stops for limitation of partition stroke. Space between bellows and cylinder is filled with non-conducting liquid (for instance, distilled water) and is separated by partition into two cavities, where at least a pair of electrodes is inserted, between which charge is generated. Tank with liquid is connected to cylinder by means of tubes with certain diametre, where electric valves are provided, which arrange communication between tank and cavities with liquid. Control of discharge at electrodes and electric valves is executed from control unit.

EFFECT: provision of high extent of pumping and efficiency; provision of operation without lubrication and antifriction coating.
