FIELD: engine devices and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body 3 with an upper cover 4 tightly fixed through a ring 23 on the one side and a bottom cover 5 on the other side. A bellow 6 is hermetically connected (welded or soldered) to the ring 23, and forms a cavity 7 of the bellows 6 and a cavity 8 of the body 3 inside hermetically separated from each other inside the body 3. On the upper cover 4 there are inlet and outlet valves 13 and 15. On bottom cover 5 there are inlet and outlet valves 14 and 16. The cavity 7 of the bellows 6 and the cavity 8 of the body 3 are hydraulically communicated with an input 1 and output 2 lines respectively. A drive rod 24 is fixed on the movable end of the bellow 6, which is communicated with displacement sensor 32 and control unit 37. The cavities of the bellows 6 and the body 3 are filled with the metered liquid.

EFFECT: increase productivity, uniformity of liquid feed, accuracy of dosing, reliability of operation and cost efficient operation.
