SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. The method of production of the instant powder to produce a flavoured girasol-sunflower-pomegranate drink involves extracting tangerine rind by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparing girasol-sunflower and pomegranate peel, cutting and drying them in a microwave oven for 1 hour minimum until their residual humidity is about 20% at the microwave field power providing warming the raw materials to 80-90°C inside the bits, roasting girasol-sunflower, drying up the pomegranate peel by convection until its residual humidity is about 5%. The girasol-sunflower and pomegranate peel are mixed in the mass ratio 7:3 by loading them into the cryomiller shell. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost in the shell to achieve the pressure corresponding to the nitrogen saturation vapour pressure at the impregnation temperature and pressure release until the pressure equals the atmospheric pressure simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: production of a flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw materials according to a nonwaste technology.
