SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in food industry, particularly for production of coffee substitutes. The method provides for preparation of the ingredients, extraction of green tea by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting, drying of chicory in the microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting, roasting barley grain, oats grain, acorns and nuts, mixing of the chicory with the barley grain, oats grain, acorns and nuts, impregnation of the obtained mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and pressure release until it equals the atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of the mixture and cryomilling of in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: flavoured coffee drink produced according to a nonwaste technology.
