SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production technology of coffee substitutes. The method provides preparation of prescription components, extraction of black tea with liquid nitrogen with separation of the relevant miscella, cutting, drying in the microwave field at the given parametres of the process and frying of girasol-sunflower, frying grains of barley, grains of oat, acorns and kernels, mixing of girasol-sunflower, grains of barley, grains of oat, acorns and kernels soaking the obtained mixture with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure, and release of pressure up to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing the mixture and its cryomilling in medium of the evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain instant powder for cooking new flavoured coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials using non-waste technology.
