SUBSTANCE: replaceable unit is intended for household appliance, which contains liquid, namely for dishwasher. Replaceable unit comprises at least one antibiotic agent inside or on its surface and is arranged with the possibility of fixation and detachment inside tray, outlet hole and/or outlet pipe. Replaceable unit is arranged with the possibility of fixation and detachment inside insert of household appliance, which represents a system of meshy filters or filter. Replaceable unit is installed inside dishwasher tray below flat filter that closes tray or below unit of cylindrical filters, which is installed inside tray. Replacement of unit is carried out in case if antibiotic facility is consumed, or in case its amount becomes insufficient, or in case of repeated use of household appliance. Replaceable unit has shape of ring or disk and is equipped with fixation facility for fixation with the possibility of detachment on lower side of flat filter or preferably in bottom part of cylindrical filters unit. Household appliance represents dishwasher with system of meshy filters or filter, in which at least on one of its surfaces or near it there is at least one antibiotic agent provided. Antibiotic agent is installed inside area of household appliance, which contains stagnant water after drain, in particular inside tray, in outlet hole and/or in outlet pipe.

EFFECT: extermination or control of microorganisms growth in dishwasher, in particular bacteria, fungi, algae, and elimination of unpleasant and human health-hazardous residues and disagreeable odour in dishwasher.
