FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: obstetric-gynecological device can be used to stop post-delivery bleeding. Device has hollow support metal tubular rod. Its proximal end is connected with reservoir for filling balloon from thin elastic rubber with sterile liquid. Connecting tube is connected to manometre and on its end pump for pressure forcing is located. Rod has end of circular shape with put onto it balloon. From the side of open balloon end nozzle in form of blunted cone is installed. From the side of large nozzle base placed are: gasket, washer and fixing nut. In rod a row of slots is made. On rod, with possibility of movement, placed is locking element of round shape from soft elastic form-preserving material, hafted on bush with screw fixer. From proximal rod end installed is rider with two hooks for fixation in them of forceps for connecting. From distal side forceps have working jaws for their application on neck of uterus. Extended along device branches of forceps are made passing through body of locking element due to cuts in it. Under rider there is ring for doctor's finger, on edge of rod proximal end - support for location of doctor's hand.

EFFECT: device reliability increases and possibility to use it at initial critical moment of bleeding appears.
