SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and namely to obstetrics. A device occupies a median-longitudinal position in the uterine cavity. The device consists of a cylindrical tube having a curve that coincides with the anatomical curve of the uterus. There are 3-8 longitudinal through channels in the tube. The ends of the device have a round shape. There are drainage holes on the ends and they are connected with the channels. When one end of the tube is directed towards the bottom of the uterus and the other end of the tube is directed into the vagina, the device is fixed. To fix the device, one should make a circular suture on the uterus close to the internal orifice of the uterus. An injection is made through the wide uterine ligament in the avascular zone without affecting the myometrium. After that an injection is made into an area close to the internal orifice of the uretus through the wide uterine ligament on the opposite side. After that one should tie the anterior wall of the uterus with a thread.

EFFECT: invention increases functional results of treatment due to a local hemostatic effect on the area of ​​the lower uterine segment and the internal orifice of the uterus, ensures full drainage of the uterus cavity, prevents an accumulation of blood in the uterus cavity in the postoperative period and ensures one-stage treatment.
