SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Preliminarily, hyaline cartilage is taken from non-loaded joint surface, placed into nutrition medium, cultivated. Suspension of cultivated autogenic chondrocytes is prepared. Access to defect zone is realised from parapatellar cut. Resection of defect zone bottom is performed on scar tissue border. Canals in underlying bone are formed. Transplants are formed from spongy bone by channel sizes. Before placing in canals formed from spongy bone autotransplants are washed under pressure with sterile physiological solution and soaked with suspension of autogenic chondrocytes, grown in vitro. Formed transplants are placed in canals.

EFFECT: method ensures organ-specific restoration of hyaline cartilage and joint function, improvement of conditions for union of transplant with defect tissues, adaptation of transplant in shorter terms, acceleration of cartilage tissue regeneration in defect zone, reduction of traumatism and post-operation complications, reduction of treatment terms.
