FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy equipment, particularly to equipment made of glass for high-temperature treatment and receiving of inorganic matter. Reactor contains glass pipe, which is installed under miter to horizon and external heater. Pipe is installed free on two couples of rotating bearings, located out of high-temperature area from both sides of heater. In top part of reactor pipe it is installed partition in the form of glass with spherical bottom. Bottom by dead end is directed to high-temperature area. Difference between internal diametre of pipe and external diametre of partition is 0.1-8 mm.
EFFECT: prolonged keeping of mechanical strength of glass reactor at operation in temperature mode up to 1200°C.
