FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a layered composition capable of vulcanisation, which contains at least two layers and at least one joining layer, where the first of the two layers prevents penetration of fluid medium, the second of the two layers contains at least one rubber with high diene content, and the joining layer contains a mixture: approximately from 50 to approximately 100 wt % of at least one halogenated isobutylene-containing elastomer; approximately 0 to approximately 50 wt % of at least one elastomer with diene content; approximately from 20 to approximately 50 wt % of at least one filler; approximately from 0 to approximately 30 wt % of at least one process oil; approximately from 1 to approximately 20 parts per hundred parts (1 part/100 parts rubber) of at least one substance for increasing adhesiveness; and at least approximately from 0.2 to approximately 15 parts per hundred rubber (parts/100 parts rubber) of elastomer hardening system; where the layer which prevents penetration of fluid medium preferably contains: at least 10 wt %, in terms of total mass of the polymer composition, at least one component of a thermoplastic structural resin, preferably one or more nylon resins; and at least 10 wt %, in terms of total mass of the polymer composition, at least one elastomer composition, preferably a copolymer of brominated isobutylene and p-methylstyrene, and where total amount of component (A) and component (B) is not less than 30 wt %, in terms of total mass of the polymer composition, where the elastomer component (B) is distributed in vulcanised state or partially vulcanised state in form of a dispersed phase in a matrix of the thermoplastic resin component (A) in a polymer composition.
