FIELD: process engineering, laminar products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vulcanised laminar structure used, for example in retaining air in tires. Vulcanised multiplayer structure comprises at least two layers and at least one jointing layer. First of two layers comprises layer preventing penetration of fluid medium while second layer contains, at least one elastomer with high content of diene. Jointing layer comprises mix, in wt %, per 100 weight parts of elastomer, consisting of (1) epoxy natural rubber 10-70; (2), at least, one elastomer with high content of diene 30 - 90; (3) at least, one filler 20-90; (4) at least one agent imparting stickiness 1-20, and (5) solidifying system for elastomer and resin varying from 0.2 to 15. layer preventing penetration of fluid medium contains composition with Young module of 1-500 MPa and consisting of: (A) at least one component of thermosetting structural resin; and (B) at least one elastomer component where component (B) is dispersed in vulcanised or partially vulcanised state in the form of discrete phase in matrix of component (A).
EFFECT: higher adhesion of layers and strength properties.
