FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: method of layered structure making includes following stages: (A) adhesive binding composition formation, containing mixture of: (1) 100 wt% per total weight of elastomer in adhesive binding composition of, at least, one halogenated isobutylene-containing elastomer; (2) from approximately 20 to approximately 50 wt% per total weight of adhesive binding composition of, at least, one filler; (3) from approximately 0 to approximately 30 wt% per total weight of adhesive binding composition of, at least, one process oil; (4) from approximately 1 to approximately 20 parts per hundred (phr) of, at least, one stickiness imparting agent; and (5) from approximately 0.1 to approximately 15 parts per hundred parts (phr) of rubber vulcanizing system for said elastomers; (B) formation of composition, preventing fluid medium ingress, wherein composition contains (1) at least 10 wt% per total weight of polymer composition of, at least, one technical polymer thermoplastic component, having Young's modulus greater than 500 MPa, where technical polymer thermoplastic component is selected from group consisting of polyamide resins, polyester resins, polynitril resins, polymethacrylate resins, polyvinyl resins, cellulose resins, fluorinated resins, as well as imide resins, (2) at least 10 wt% per total weight of polymer composition of, at least, one elastomeric component, having Young's modulus of not more than 500 MPa, where elastomeric component is selected from group consisting of diene rubbers, halogen-containing rubbers, silicone rubbers, sulphur-containing rubbers and fluorinated rubbers, and (3) from 2 to 30 parts per hundred parts of rubber in terms of component (2) total weight, plasticizer, wherein thermoplastic technical resin, elastomer and plasticizer are mixed under conditions of dynamic vulcanization in order, to disperse elastomer as disperse phases in solid matrix from thermoplastic technical resin; (C) forming film from composition which prevents fluid medium ingress; (D) processing film preventing fluid medium ingress to remove residual plasticizers or oils from film surface to form processed film; and (E) direct coating of treated film one surface with adhesive binding composition for, to form layered structure.

EFFECT: invention relates to layered structure suitable for use as pneumatic tire inner layer.
