FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes influence on sections of treated material of selected forms and shapes by laser emission. Power of pulses, its duration and repetition rate is selected from condition of providing of temperature conditions in area of influence: on stages of heating - in the range 105-120% from temperature of phase transformation of alloys, and at stages of cooling - in the range 80-100% from temperature of low tempering. It is implemented continuous inspection of specific resistance of alloys and action is stopped at increasing of specific resistance for 5-12%. There are increased functional capabilities ensured by treatment of details of arbitrary geometry with receiving of nano-dimensional porous structure of alloys, allowing as high as low plasticity.
EFFECT: there are reduced costs, connected to wear of production tools.
