FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of nanostructured porous layers of solid crystalline materials by action of power flows and may be used in production of nanostructured surface layers in alloys of solid solution type, and although through nanopores in metal foils and films. Concept of the invention is as follows: formation of nanosize porous structure is carried out after formation of submicroporous surface layer by means of power action at stocks from alloys of solid solution type by further plastic deformation of stocks with change of specific size and depth of pores by application of stretching stresses in process of tension or bending, or by application of compressing stresses in process of compression or bend at temperatures that do not exceed temperature of recrystallisation threshold, besides formation of nanosize porous structure is carried out at one and both sides of stocks depending on their condition prior to deformation.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality in method for formation of nanostructured surface layers due to activation of sublimation processes by action of power flows in one of alloy components of solid solution type with further deformation of stock, and also due to elimination of certain operations.
