FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: on ready hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel sheet it is applied metallic precoating, formed from alloy on the basis of zinc, containing in wt % from 0.7 up to 2.5 of aluminium and, not necessarily, one or more elements selected from them: Pb ≤ 0.003%, Sb ≤ 0.003%, Bi ≤ 0.003%, 0.002% ≤ Si ≤ 0.070%, La < 0.05%, Ce < 0.05%, zinc and unavoidable admixtures are the rest. It is implemented of necessary pre-thermal treatment and is cut sheet for the purpose of detail receiving. It is heated mentioned detail for formation between steel and precoating of fusion-spliced coating, consisting more than for 90% of its thickness from at least one phase on the basis of Fe/Zn, content of Fe in which is equal to 65% or higher, and ratio of Fe/Zn is from 1.9 up to 4 and so that to give for steel partly or fully austenitic structure. Detail is subject to hot deformation and detail is cooled in conditions which are suitable for giving to steel detail of required mechanical properties.

EFFECT: increasing of mechanical strength of details.
