FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: seeding band consists of at least two bands of placing material with seeds and fertilisers located between bands of placing material. Bands of placing material are made out of water-soluble polymer. Seeds are capsulated with all ingredients required for each stage of an initial period of plant growth. External layer of capsules is made in form of a water-soluble polymer shell. Internal layer of the capsule adjacent to a seed is either liquid, or gel like and contains auxesis, bacterial preparation, organic nutrients, mineral fertilizers and micro-elements. Fertilisers located between bands of material and polymer water soluble bands proper contain substances required for all period of plant growth. The water soluble polymer shell of capsules and polymer bands are made out of starch. In addition, fertilisers between bands contain either bentonite or saponite. Band seeding is performed with combined aggregate consisting of reels with seeding bands mounted of a frame and of a covering roller. The aggregate is equipped with a soil cultivating facility located in a front zone of the aggregate and with a placed behind the aggregate angular knife with a transporting assembly. Reels with seeding bands are arranged under the transporting assembly. Also the aggregate additionally has reels with perforated hoses situated under the transporting assembly behind reels with seeding bands. The covering roller is mounted behind the transporting assembly. The transporting assembly is made in form of a continuous band with strips on external surface and mounted above upper surface of the continuous band a driven roller conveyer. A section of the transporting assembly behind the angular knife is mounted at acute angle to horizon in the direction of assembly motion. A section of the transporting assembly over the reels with seeding bands and reels with perforated hoses is arranged horizontally. A section of the transporting assembly behind reels with perforated hoses is arranged at obtuse angle to horizon in the direction of aggregate motion. The facility for seeding in band has higher efficiency.
EFFECT: facilitating increased germination of planting stock and decreased damage of seeds at raised operational properties of band.
