SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of nutmeg blossoms by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Preparing, cutting, drying and roasting girasol in the microwave field at preset process parametres. Peach refuse is dried in the microwave field at preset process parametres and dried up by a convective method. Girasol and peach refuse are mixed in the mass ratio 3:2. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. The pressure is released until it equals the atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of the mixture and cryomilling of it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
